The Northwest region will soon embrace a smooth and motorable stretch from  Guzang – Gwonum – Bessi Awum in Batibo Sub Division. The rehabilitation of the 5 km road was handed over to ETS PEROZA.

 According to the notification service order, the work was to start  on July 12, 2024 for a period of five (05) months. The initial deadline was  December 12, 2024. It is also worth noting that, the work undertaken on this stretch is to build a 6m bridge and rehabilitation of the road which is an important agricultural production basin. The completion of the work will allow for a serene movement of goods and people. The structure has a lenght of 5m, and a  height of 4m. Studies have been effectively done as well as  site installation. The retreating of equipment, cleaning and brush clearing  200 m², Tree felling 20 units, cut and fill 200 m3, backfill from borrowed pit bridge access 90 m3, backfill from borrowed pit for road 1000 m3, road re-chamber and compacting15000 m2, creation of ditches 5500 ml have been effectively done. In the aspect of drainage, cleaning of river way 120 m3, Anti erosion protection hard core of 0/50: 20 m3, weep holes 32 excavation120.00 m3, Backfilling of structures 85 m3. The project also take in consideration, the construction of stone masonry abutment of 4m, demolition of stone work 100 m3 have been done.       
The estimated amount for the contract stands at 64, 959, 012 FCFA including tax, The Company declares that for the 02 statements presented for a total amount of 64,959,012 CFA francs, still awaits payment and the controlling team are on ground carrying out a close follow-up so that the statements are transmitted to the specialized treasury for payment.
