The Soa subdivision in the center region benefit of a project aimed at improving accessibility in this locality Funded by BIP MINTP for a total length of 6,919km.
The paving works in surface coating on the road-Nkolfoulou-Eniet-Depollo-Carrefour Ba’aba-Eglise Catholique Saint Agnes is stretched on 4,70km road, including 1,2,3,4 and 5 access road on 1,80km. Financed by Bip MINTP, these works are being executed thanks to an envelope of 887 967 491 CFAF all taxe included. Once completed, the works done are expected to improve access into the zone and ease the circulation of the population in the locality. Meanwhile the GE Groupe Sarl is progressing with an execution rate of 73.02%, the deadline has being consumed at 100%.
In the process, the roadway has been reshaped, the ground base layer 0/31.5 crushed, construction of drainage system in BA 50×50cm with a 35cm concrete base gutter. Although works are still ongoing, it has been reported that the twelve months delay is due difficulties related to the validation of new prices requiring the financial offer of the company. Hence in solution to this, is to include new prices while updating the quantity of material to be used on the field.
